We aim to dispatch all orders the same day Monday – Friday by 3.45pm and 12pm Saturday via your chosen service.

In short we offer a 14 day returns policy after delivery on any unused and unopened item excluding whitening gels. We do not accept any returns for teeth whitening gels due to health and safety reasons. Our full returns policy can be found here.

If you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please use the contact us form on this page to request a change. Due to our commitment to get your order to you as quickly as possible this may not always be possible.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking links usually become active after 7pm each night Monday to Saturday. You can also track the status of your order here.

If you require any customer support please use the contact us form on this page and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. During busy periods and the current COVID-19 situation this may take up to 72 hours.

As Crest advertise their product as strips we follow their advertising guidelines and list them also as strips. For each product you are shown a picture of what you will receive and also a text description which state for example – 20 strips (10 treatments) no retail box.

If you have ordered 20 strips and received 10 packets you have received the correct amount of strips.

We ship to most EU destinations. If your country is not available on the checkout page please contact us and we will see if we can add your country to our list for you.

We will ship all of your items together in discreet plain packaging.
