How the contract is formed between you and us
You may place an order to purchase a product advertised for sale on the site by following the on screen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. The sale contract is formed between UK Teeth Whitening Ltd, IBC 193467 Unit 117, Orion Mall, Palm Street, Victoria, Seychelles.(We/Us) and you the customer/buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure address details are complete and correct. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the “Payment Options” page.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order number and a summary of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by UK Teeth Whitening Ltd. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by UK Teeth Whitening Ltd, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched via a third party based in the UK (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us for the sale of a product will only be formed when we email you the Dispatch Confirmation for the relevant Product.
Each contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
We may be unable to process your order if:
- The product you ordered is out of stock
- The product is discontinued
- There is a problem with authorisation of your method of payment.
- We believe fraud has been committed.
Certain Products made available on the site are subject to age restrictions imposed by law. We are not permitted by law to supply these Products to individuals who do not satisfy the relevant age requirement and, if you are underage, you must not attempt to order these Products.
How long will my order take to get to me?
UK Teeth Whitening Ltd work hard to ensure that your order is delivered ASAP! Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 full working days after your order is placed and payment cleared (PayPal payments can take up to 5 days to clear). All our orders are dispatched via a third a party UKTW.
Delivery times are reliant upon normal Royal Mails 24H, 48H and Next Day 1PM services and vary depending on where you live. Average delivery times for UK are between 1-4 FULL working days and 5-7 internationally from the date of the order being dispatched.
Target Delivery Times
24H is 1-2 full working days once your order has been dispatched
48H is 2-3 full working days once your order has been dispatched
The above delivery targets are not guaranteed and are only a guideline, during busy periods these may take a little longer than expected.
We do offer a GUARANTEED next day delivery before 1pm (UK Only) service if your order is placed before 12:00pm Mon-Fri, there is fee for these services.*
*Please note for PayPal payments we must wait for your payment to clear our PayPal account before we can process and dispatch your order.

How can I track the progress of my order?
You will receive and email once your order is processed along with your Royal Mail tracking number, please note your tracking number will be only become live Mon-Fri AFTER 5pm.
You can also track your order by logging online through the Royal Mail website.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
UK Teeth Whitening uses Royal Mail 24H, 48H or My Hermes to deliver items. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office or My Hermes depot. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.
Our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any stage before the Products are dispatched to you, and return to us up to 14 days after receipt (we must be in receipt of your item within 14 days). To cancel your order prior to confirmation of dispatch you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To cancel/return an order after confirmation of dispatch you will need to contact us. You can simply follow the Returns Procedure.
Where you decide to cancel an order after the Products have been dispatched, you will be under a duty to return them to us at your own risk to us within 14 days. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in transit. All such Products should be returned within the time period specified in the Returns Procedure or it will be refused.
You should return the Products to us unopened, unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, in accordance with our Returns Procedure for the Product(s). We are unable to accept any returns for syringes, opened pouches, used mouth guards or open toothpastes, If any seals or retail packaging is opened we will NOT under any circumstances accept your return for dental hygiene reasons.
Cost of Returns
We will NOT bear the cost of you returning any products to us unless your order is incorrect or damaged. You will solely be responsible for returning the items and cover all postage/packaging/insurance costs. All items MUST be returned to us tracked/signed within the specified time scale or your return will be refused.
After you cancel your order and return the products we will reimburse you all sums debited by us except for actual postage fees up to £4.10. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will make the reimbursement using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within the earlier of 7 days of the day we receive back the Products from you.
If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. For damaged or incorrect items we will pay return postage up to £3.95 (signed for 2nd class by Royal Mail) we will not bear the costs for any returns sent via Royal Mail 9am or 1pm special delivery, DHL, FedEx or Yodel. All returns must be sent via Royal Mail to the PO Box provided.
Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Seychelles law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles. Returned to sender/not collected/Lost
Any orders that has been returned to us by Royal Mail due to non-collection details when no one was available to sign, or incorrect address details will be subjected to a flat postage and re-stock fee of £3.95 for all orders. It is the buyers sole responsibility to ensure the delivery address details are correct when placing your order and to collect their order from local Royal Mail sorting office. All orders are not considered lost until 15 full working days have passed the expected delivery date (unless guaranteed next day service is purchased) the investigation process will be conduct by Royal Mail and can take up to 10-15 full working days(but is not guaranteed) Please see Royal Mail website for full details www.royalmail.com.
